Brad Ehle has had an extensive career in construction material development and science that has spanned over twenty years. Starting in the EVA polymer, cellulosic thickeners, surfactant and defoamer segment for cementitious mortars with Wacker Chemie and Rhodia PPMC, and progressing to reactive epoxy systems for Dow Chemical/Olin, Ehle’s application expertise has been in the Parking Garage, DOT and Bridge market segments. Ehle maintains certifications with NASSCO in infrastructure rehabilitation, Polyurea University certified Polyurea applicator, and is a Red Cross certified lifeguard. While at Dow/Olin, Ehle introduced the first approved epoxy overlay system for temperatures less than 40°F and conducted an 18-month market study on cured-in-place pipe for water and wastewater applications. Ehle has earned a bachelor of science degree in environmental toxicology from Trine University, Angola, Indiana.
