STOPS SALT, WATER AND STEEL CORROSION FOR THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY

TRANSPORTATION – D.O.T. Approved Silane Waterproofing for Bridges

Advanced Chemical Technologies, Inc. (ACT) SIL-ACT® is the most approved concrete water repellent in the United States for bridge decks. SIL-ACT® silane water repellents have been tested by and proven effective by these D.O.T.’s, many universities and Independent testing laboratories. ACT formulates Silanes specifically to meet Federal and State performance and VOC requirements.

SIL-ACT® TRANSPORTATION PRODUCTS

SIL-ACT® ATS-42

SIL-ACT® ATS-42 is the standard of the industry, ATS-42 is a high grade, clear, penetrating silane waterproofing treatment. It is compliant with EPA VOC regulations. ATS-42 is an excellent choice for high abrasion areas such as bridge decks and parking garages, but is an effective treatment for almost any concrete, masonry, or natural stone structure.

SIL-ACT® ATS-42NS

SILACT® ATS42NS is a clear, penetrating silane treatment which causes concrete, masonry and many natural stones to become repellent to water, chloride, waterborne contaminants and weathering elements, preventing the premature deterioration of parking decks, bridge decks, pavements and other types of concrete and masonry structures. Performance testing makes SILACT® ATS42NS an excellent choice for any project requiring the highest quality clear water repellent.

SIL-ACT® ATS-42A

SIL-ACT® ATS-42A is a clear, Low VOC, penetrating silane treatment which can be applied to the surface by low-pressure spray, brush, roller or squeegee. SIL-ACT® ATS-42A chemically bonds with the substrate forming a penetrated layer below the surface that acts as a one way filter. Water, chloride and other waterborne contaminants are repelled without restricting the substrates natural vapor permeability.

SIL-ACT® ATS-44A

SIL-ACT® ATS-44A is a clear, Low VOC, penetrating silane treatment which can be applied to the surface by low-pressure spray, brush, roller or squeegee. SIL-ACT® ATS-44A chemically bonds with the substrate forming a penetrated layer below the surface that acts as a one way filter. Water, chloride and other waterborne contaminants are repelled without restricting the substrates natural vapor permeability.

SIL-ACT® ATS-100

SIL-ACT® ATS-100 is a premium grade, clear, penetrating silane-waterproofing treatment. It complies with EPA and most state’s VOC regulations. ATS-100 is formulated to provide maximum square foot coverage per gallon (between 200 to 300 square feet per gallon depending on substrate). ATS-100 is an excellent solution for high traffic areas such as bridge decks, highways, parking garages and any structure requiring the highest quality water repellent.

SIL-ACT® ATS-100 LV

SIL-ACT® ATS-100 LV  is a clear, penetrating silane treatment which causes concrete, masonry and many natural stones to become repellent to water, chloride and other waterborne contaminants and weathering elements, preventing the premature deterioration of parking decks, bridge decks, pavements and other types of concrete and masonry structures. Performance testing makes SIL-ACT® ATS-100 LV an excellent choice for any project requiring the highest quality clear water repellent.

SIL-ACT® ATS-190 LV

SIL-ACT® ATS-190 LV is a clear, penetrating silane treatment which causes concrete, masonry and natural stone structures to become repellent to water, chloride, ions and waterborne contaminants, preventing their premature deterioration.  SIL-ACT® ATS190 LV forms a chemical bond which will last until the penetrated depth is abraded away. While the surface of the substrate is water repellent, it remains permeable, allowing harmful water vapor in the substrate to escape. This is the difference between SIL-ACT® and film forming water proofing products.

SIL-ACT® ATS-200

SIL-ACT® ATS200 is a clear, penetrating silane treatment which causes concrete, masonry and many natural stones to become repellent to water, chloride, waterborne contaminants and weathering elements, preventing the premature deterioration of parking decks, bridge decks, pavements and other types of concrete and masonry structures. Performance testing makes SIL-ACT® ATS200 an excellent choice for any project requiring the highest quality clear water repellent.

Penetrating Epoxy Crack Sealer

SIL-ACT® EP-700D is a two component low viscosity epoxy polymer formulated coatings used to seal cracks and extend the life of concrete surfaces. SIL-ACT® EP-700D penetrates into the smallest of cracks forming a protective barrier effectively protecting surfaces from the intrusion of water, salts, chloride ions and waterborne contaminants.

SIL-ACT® EP-700 D

SIL-ACT® EP-700 D is a two component low viscosity epoxy polymer especially formulated to extend the life of concrete surfaces.  SIL-ACT® EP-700 D penetrates into concrete surfaces and into the smallest of cracks extending the life of both new and old concrete.  SIL-ACT® EP-700 D will form a protective barrier which will effectively protect surfaces from intrusion from water, salts, ions, and water borne contaminants, thus greatly extending the surface life of concrete protected with SIL-ACT® EP-700 D.

Compatibility of Deck-Sil®
