SIL-ACT® ATS-22

SIL-ACT® ATS-22 complies with EPA VOC regulations while providing cost effective silane waterproofing treatment for concrete, masonry, and many natural stone structures. Recommended for medium abrasion areas such as vertical walls and moderately traveled horizontal structures such as parking garages.

SIL-ACT® ATS-22 VOC

SIL-ACT® ATS-22 VOC is a cost effective, clear, penetrating silane waterproofing treatment. ATS-22 VOC complies with EPA VOC regulations. It retains the benefits of solvent delivered silane while providing excellent penetration. Recommended for medium abrasion areas such as vertical walls and moderately traveled horizontal structures such as parking garages.

SIL-ACT® ATS-42

SIL-ACT® ATS-42 is the standard of the industry, ATS-42 is a high grade, clear, penetrating silane waterproofing treatment. It is compliant with EPA VOC regulations. ATS-42 is an excellent choice for high abrasion areas such as bridge decks and parking garages, but is an effective treatment for almost any concrete, masonry, or natural stone structure.

SIL-ACT® ATS-42L

SIL-ACT® ATS-42L is a clear penetrating silane with ethylsilicate treatment specially formulated to treat limestone. The treatment causes limestone, concrete, masonry and many natural stones to become repellent to water, chloride and other waterborne contaminants and weathering elements, preventing the premature deterioration of structures and decorative features made from these materials. Performance testing makes SIL-ACT® ATS-42L an excellent choice when you require the highest quality clear water repellent.

SIL-ACT® ATS-44A

SIL-ACT® ATS-44A is a clear, Low VOC, penetrating silane treatment which can be applied to the surface by low-pressure spray, brush, roller or squeegee. SIL-ACT® ATS-44A chemically bonds with the substrate forming a penetrated layer below the surface that acts as a one way filter. Water, chloride and other waterborne contaminants are repelled without restricting the substrates natural vapor permeability.

SIL-ACT® ATS-100

SIL-ACT® ATS-100 is a premium grade, clear, penetrating silane-waterproofing treatment. It complies with EPA and most state’s VOC regulations. ATS-100 is formulated to provide maximum square foot coverage per gallon (between 200 to 300 square feet per gallon depending on substrate). ATS-100 is an excellent solution for high traffic areas such as bridge decks, highways, parking garages and any structure requiring the highest quality water repellent.

WATER BASED PROTECTANTS


SIL-ACT® DRI-TRETE WB

SIL-ACT® DRI-TRETE WB is a penetrating silane/siloxane water based emulsion. Performance testing establishes SIL-ACT® DRI-TRETE as an excellent choice for projects requiring an emulsion application. Its siloxane component provides for larger attachment areas for more porous substrate, while the silane component provides the depth of penetration and reactivity needed for maximum waterproofing protection.

SIL-ACT® Multigard®

SIL-ACT® Multigard® is a 100% active silane concentrate with special additives to improve depth of penetration and weatherproofing reactivity. It contains no solvent carriers, is environmentally safe and VOC compliant. It is dispersed in water immediately prior to application and it provides high performance, durable and economical waterproofing protection for concrete, masonry and many natural stones. Some advantages of SIL-ACT® MULTIGARD® over emulsions are: clear dispersion, easy to apply, longer shelf life, no storage problems, quick absorption and reaction times, excellent water beading, and meets or exceeds solvent-based silane performance.
